Ingredient Origin

We started baking bread as a small passion project at our home in Wilton in 2016. We operated a small stall at the end of our driveway and sold to customers on Sundays during the fresh cheese curd rush! With the support and growing popularity within our community, we were able to join the Memorial Centre Farmer's Market in 2017. One crazy year later, we were able to expand the bakery into a larger operation with a commercial kitchen in 2018. In 2019, we opened a our own separate bakery, at the back of The Portsmouth Tavern. This is where we are now currently located.

All bread is 100% hand made using a no knead technique, which allows for a longer and proper fermentation, ultimately leading to better and easier to digest bread. 

​We are truly thankful for the support we have received from Wilton to Portsmouth and all the Kingstonians in between.

$6 - Whole Wheat -   Whole wheat flour, Water, olive oil, honey, salt, yeast

$6 - Rye Caraway - White Flour, Rye flour, water, caraway seeds, salt, yeast

$6 - Sourdough - White flour, whole wheat flour, rye flour, salt, yeast

$6 - Cinnamon Raisin - White flour, water, raisins, honey, salt, cinnamon, yeast 

$7 - Wilton Cheesy and Chive - Flour, water, Wilton cheese factory medium cheddar cheese, salt, chives, yeast

$5 - Half pan of Focaccia Bread - White flour, olive oil, salt, yeast, rosemary 
$10 - Full pan of Focaccia Bread
